--Q : What are the postage options?

Registered mail (to nearest Post office counter), 3-5 days R28.00

Courier to DOOR overnight delivery R65.00 to man cities. R110 to outlying areas.

International orders (outside of South Africa) : 10 - 15 days.  R55.00

All with FULL TRACKING

Please note -- the postage time, for example registered mail 3-5 days -- must be taken into consideration FROM the date of postage -- not from the date of order. Most items have a lead/production time of 10-14 days before despatch to courier / or postage.

 

--Q : How do I work out what the jewellery price is in my own currency?

--Q : How long until I receive my jewellery from the date I order online?

Your order will be posted within the time allocated to each individual piece, typically 10-114 days from date of your order being placed on this online store.

According to the specific postage option you choose - postage could then take 1 working day with the courier option or up to 5 working days with registered mail. International orders : 2-3 weeks.

 

 

--Q : Can I track my order?

Yes, a tracking no. will be sent to you the same day your order is posted.

Or you will be able to track with The Courier Guy couriers (Local orders)

 

 

--Q : Where is the jewellery made / where is Thula located?

All jewellery is designed & handmade in Somerset West, Western Cape - South Africa.

--PAYMENT / HOW TO ORDER--

Payments are accepted by a secure payment gateway : PAYFAST.

Pay via EFT, VISA CARD, MASTER CARD, CREDIT CARD etc. -- Local & international payments accepted. You will need to enter your name, shipping information etc etc at checkout.

--POSTAGE--

All orders are typically sent out within 7-14 days.

Postage time depends on the postage option you choose. Please see "POSTAGE" bottom of the site for more information.

--RETURNS / REFUNDS--

At Thula jewellery... we are all about making you - the customer, as happy as can be.

We strive for a high standard of customer care, & only want our customers to be nothing short of happy & completely in love with their jewellery piece!

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please let us know immediately (within 48 hours of receiving your purchase)  by emailing us : mail@hellothula.co.za

We will do everything we can to rectify any issue with a product ASAP.

--OTHER INFORMATION REGARDING FINDINGS (CHAINS) AND ENGRAVING--

Please note - the sterling silver chains we use for our orders are two different style chains - One is a flat curb link, and the other rolo -

Should we be out of stock of the flat curb link chain, we will supply a rolo and vice versa.

Engraving - engraving is done by a professional hand engraver, slight variations may occur - this is all part of the beauty of your handmade jewellery piece - this is what makes each piece unique.
